Shipping
- Our products are made to order. Generally your order will ship out within 3~5 business days upon ordering, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
- All orders will be shipped out from Malaysia.
- Domestic shipping fee: $3.00 flat, with tracking.
- International shipping fee: from $15.00, with tracking (7~21 working days, exclude public holiday).
- International shipping fee may vary due to size of the product. Actual fee will be shown at checkout page.

In adherence to current postal law in Malaysia, currently we do not ship to the following countries:

- Israel
- North Korea

Payment Methods
- Currently, payment is only accepted through PayPal during checkout.
- All prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable.
Cancellation, Refunds and Exchanges
- All orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please double check your order before proceeding with the checkout.
Taxes, Customs and Duty
- It is the buyer's responsibility to cover for any tax charges. This includes customs/duty taxes in your country and other handling fees.
Returned, Lost, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for proxy services and stolen packages.
- For packages that were lost or damaged, we will provide refunds when/if the insurance claim that is requested from the postal service is successful.
- We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the package has been safely delivered.
- We will not be responsible in the event that a package is not collected from the courier during the permitted delay if the recipient was absent at the time of the attempted delivery.
- Please note that we CANNOT recover packages that are outside of Malaysia even if they are marked as returned to the sender, no refund will be provided in these cases.
- In the case of returned mail in Malaysia, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping charges if the customers provided the wrong address or delivery was unsuccessful.

- By purchasing ANY of our products on this site, you are accepting that the artisans are handmade and there will naturally be small variations and a possibility of small imperfections.
- Please be gentle as they are handmade products. They may chip if not handled gently. DO NOT use alcohol, acetone, or any harsh chemical when cleaning.
